About Porta Potty Rental Georgia

Porta Potty Rental Georgia is a statewide portable toilet rental booking service that matches construction sites, event organizers, and property owners with certified portable sanitation companies operating under Georgia Department of Public Health Rule 511-3-6.

What we actually are

We are a booking and quoting service, not a hauling company. We do not own trucks or units. Every job is fulfilled by a portable sanitation company that holds a current Waste Removal and Disposal Permit from its county Health Authority, as Georgia rule requires.

We think that distinction matters enough to put on the About page rather than bury it. A lot of portable-toilet websites are booking services presented as if they own the trucks. When the delivery goes sideways, the difference becomes very relevant very quickly, so we would rather you know now.

What we do add is the part most customers get wrong on their own: sizing the order correctly under Georgia rule, routing it to a company that actually holds a current Waste Removal and Disposal Permit, and telling you what the job should cost before you are quoted.

How we make money

We are paid by the portable sanitation companies we refer work to. You are not charged extra for using us, and we do not add a markup you cannot see — the quote you receive comes from the company performing the work.

The obvious follow-up question is whether that biases which company we send you to. It can, in any referral business. Our guard against it is publishing the market price ranges on every relevant page, sourced and dated, so you can check the quote you get against what the job should cost. If a quote lands outside the published range, ask why — that is exactly why the ranges are there.

What you will not find on this site

These absences are deliberate, and each one is a claim we could easily have manufactured.

  • No star ratings or testimonials

We do not have verified reviews to publish, so we publish none. Invented ones are both a spam-policy problem and a legal one.

  • No project photos

The work is performed by our partner companies. Any before-and-after we showed you would be someone else's job or a stock image.

  • No street address

We do not operate a yard or a public office. Publishing an address we do not occupy would be a fabrication, so our schema uses service area and locality only.

  • No license number

Georgia does not license referral or booking services for portable sanitation. Certification under Rule 511-3-6 applies to the contractors and companies that furnish, rent, and service units, and is verified per-provider. No license number is displayed because none is held.

  • No "years in business" or customer counts

We have no verifiable figure to cite, so we cite none.

  • No claimed fleet size

We own no units. Every unit is furnished by a certified partner company.

How to verify anyone we send you

You do not have to take our word for a company’s standing, and you should not. Under Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. 511-3-6, the Georgia Department of Public Health certifies portable sanitation contractors and companies, and each county Health Authority issues the annual Waste Removal and Disposal Permit that allows a company to haul the waste.

Ask any provider — including one we refer — for their current permit, then confirm it with the state Environmental Health office at (404) 657-6534 or with the Health Authority for the county the company is based in.

Why trust this quote

What you can check before you book

Published pricing, with sources

Every range on this site links to where it came from and carries a review date. If a quote lands outside the published range, ask why. That is the point of publishing it.

Certification we can point you to

Georgia certifies portable sanitation contractors and companies through DPH. You can verify any provider's standing independently by calling the state Environmental Health office at (404) 657-6534.

A response commitment, in writing

Written quote within 24 hours of a weekday request, or a same-day callback when you call before 3pm Eastern. Quoted pricing is held for 14 days from the date issued.

Sized against the rule, not a sales target

Construction jobs go through OSHA Table 1 as Georgia adopts it. Events go through Table 2, including the sewered-toilet credit and the 25% alcohol adjustment. If the count comes out lower than you expected, we tell you that.
